1.中空玻璃生产线开机顺序：首先要检查中空玻璃加工设备水箱里的水充足，然后打开水泵，调整白色海绵辊上方的喷水管，保证海绵辊所有位置都能被冲洗到。然后用手将海绵辊上的杂质和脏物清洗干净，并且保证海绵辊被完全泡开泡膨胀。注意在冬天开启中空玻璃生产线时，一定不要先打开清洗传送。因为冬天两个紧邻的海绵辊会被冻在一起，在没有被浸泡开的情况下打开传送，会导致海绵辊被撕坏。

2.然后打开清洗传送，将待加工的中空玻璃放在传送轮上，注意玻璃一定要放平稳，防止玻璃在传送过程中掉落伤到人。

3.铝隔条上涂抹的丁基胶要保证均匀，而且涂抹在整个铝条表面，防止漏胶，有毛刺现象。并且采用优质丁基胶保证铝条和玻璃结实的站合在一起。铝隔条涂完胶后禁止有粘上灰尘。

4.双组份密封胶要涂抹牢固，表面保持平滑，尤其是拐角处要涂抹好，防止漏气，跑气现象。
