操作注意事项
　　1. Precautions for operation
　　1、混胶或冲枪（冲洗混胶器、胶嘴）时，必须把机头行走到轨道末端，用接胶板接住胶嘴内放出的胶，以免污染设备。
　　1, when mixing glue or punching gun (Flushing glue mixing machine and rubber nozzle), we must walk the machine head to the end of the track, and use the adhesive plate to catch the glue released from the rubber nozzle, so as not to contaminate the equipment.
　　2、操作参数设置时，在控制箱pc显示屏上进行，根据须要而选择设定值，不要随意设定，以免控制器发出错误的信息，影响打胶质量或损坏设备。

　　3、混胶或冲枪时，一定要先打开胶嘴控制阀门，然后再打开供胶机，以免压力剧增损坏设备或者出现事故。

　　4、打胶时一定要扶好玻璃，避免玻璃脱离定位，影响打胶质量。

　　5、冲枪时先关闭机头上的B胶出胶阀门，关闭B胶泵，然后打开B胶回流阀门，后冲枪，冲洗出胶口不出黑胶，冲洗才能结束。

　　9.吸盘上不能放石灰粉，如有胶请清理，如果有的玻璃边缘正好放到吸盘的中心时，可调节吸盘左右移动.

　　10.打三玻时要将铝框检测探针缷掉，双玻时在安装上。

　　1、新机器经过一段时间的运转之后，应检查各紧固件是否有松动现象，并重新紧固。
