　　玻璃清洗必须采用机器清洗法，因为人工清洗无法保证清洗质量。清洗前需检验玻璃无划伤，并最好使用去离子水。清洗后的玻璃要通过光照检验，确保表面无水珠、水渍及其他污渍。若有缺陷，需调整机器运行速度、加热温度、风量和毛刷间隙，直到达到效果完好为止。洗完后的玻璃应在1小时之内组装成中空玻璃，且玻璃之间不得磨擦划伤。最好有半成品玻璃储存小车，将玻璃片与片之间隔开。

　　胶条式中空玻璃组装 ：加工温度冬季应在10-20度之间，夏季应在20-30度之间为宜。相对湿度要求稍低，以保证胶条与干燥剂的有效混合和作用。组装过程中，胶条应均匀分布，压合后随即封口，并确保干燥后的气体从小口溢出。

The relative humidity requirement is slightly lower to ensure effective mixing and interaction between the rubber strip and the desiccant. During the assembly process, the rubber strip should be evenly distributed, sealed immediately after pressing, and ensure that the dried gas overflows from the small opening.

　　铝条式中空玻璃组装 ：温度也应控制在10-30度之间。合片后需在铝框外边部和玻璃边部留有5-7mm左右的距离，涂布第二道密封胶（聚硫胶），防止气泡，并确保涂布均匀。涂完后需刮去玻璃表面残余，完成加工。中空玻璃的放置也应正确，堆垛架底部平面与侧部应始终保持90度并倾斜放置，避免油渍和石灰等污染物影响密封性能。

After lamination, a distance of about 5-7mm should be left between the outer edge of the aluminum frame and the glass edge, and a second layer of sealant (polysulfide adhesive) should be applied to prevent bubbles and ensure even coating. The placement of insulated glass should also be correct, and the bottom plane and sides of the stacking frame should always be kept at a 90 degree angle and tilted to avoid contamination such as oil stains and lime affecting the sealing performance.
