1、胶枪：因双组份胶是由两种胶混合而成的，其凝固速度与环境温度和A、B胶的比例有关，混合后的胶一般在20分钟之内就会反应固化。所以，当设备在正常打胶后，20分钟之内不使用就必须将混合后的胶冲洗出来，以免堵塞混胶器和胶枪。

1)松开比例杠杆上的比例泵锁紧螺钉，将比例泵内外调整至所需比例。只有当A胶和B胶的配比达到正常值时，才可进行下面的操作。

2)置选择旋钮于A、B泵开，将胶枪出口对准两片玻璃的中缝，打开胶枪开关，以适当速度平稳地移动胶枪使玻璃槽内的双组份胶填满充实为佳。打胶结束时关闭胶枪。
2) set the option knob on A and B pump, open the rubber gun outlet to the two piece of glass seam, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun smoothly at a suitable speed, so that the two component glue in the glass tank can be filled and enriched. Turn off the glue gun at the end of the glue.
3）打开 中空玻璃打胶机A（或B）胶泵充气开关，选择A（或B）胶泵提升机构为上升位置，点动旋钮使压盘慢慢提起，此时应注意：胶桶尽量不要离开底盘，直至压盘完全脱离胶桶时关闭A（或B）胶泵的充气开关。
3) open the hollow glass glue machine (A or B) inflatable rubber pump switch, select A (or B) rubber pump lifting mechanism for upward position, move the knob plate slowly lift, you should pay attention to: plastic barrel so as not to leave the chassis, turn off A until the platen completely out of plastic barrel when (or B) the inflatable rubber pump switch.
4）中空玻璃打胶机具体操作：将B泵关闭，打开B胶回流开关然后打开胶枪，至胶条为白色即可。
