影响中空玻璃设备质量因素有哪些?

对中空玻璃设备质量的影响因素主要是原材料选择和制造工艺。这些原料的质量直接影响到空心玻璃的质量和使用寿命。当前,我国中空玻璃主要有三种类型:槽铝单道密封、槽铝双道密封和胶条复合密封。槽铝式单道密封因密封不良,容易进气,造成玻璃结露结霜,寿命短,已被淘汰。

当玻璃材料已知时,如普通玻璃或钢化玻璃,根据玻璃强度设计理论,可确定玻璃原片的断裂强度。因为中空玻璃机器生产的玻璃是由两片(或更多片)玻璃组成的,周边密封形成一个密封的气密层,当一面受载时,气密层上的玻璃变形并压缩中空层气体,气体压力增加,从而将部分载荷传递给另一面,所以在气体密封状态下,中空玻璃是两面玻璃共同承受载荷,两面玻璃同时发生变形。空心玻璃为双层或多层平板玻璃,由铝框用丁基胶和聚硫胶粘合而成,干燥剂注入其中。

生产中空玻璃设备的原玻璃有无色浮法玻璃、镀膜玻璃、钢化玻璃、夹层玻璃等。一般平板玻璃的透明度和强度都不能满足要求,应尽量避免使用普通平板玻璃。以上所述的玻璃原片必须符合相应的标准要求,并通过检验后才能使用。对不同生产厂家不同批次的玻璃,要检查是否有无色差现象,并将色差较大的玻璃分别用在不同工程或不同立面上。

玻璃片的切削尺寸应严格按照图纸要求进行,同时操作者应注意玻璃的表面,不要有划痕,气泡等明显的缺陷。铝条插角的选择:铝条插角厚度应为0.30mm~0.35mm,且厚度均匀,透气孔分布均匀。铝条经阳极氧化或去污处理后,必须选择质量好、档次高的产品,以提高铝条的利用率。选择合适的角度尺寸,擦洗干净表面。

空心玻璃设备的优点是节能环保,现代建筑的能耗主要是空调和照明,前者占55,后者占23,玻璃是建筑外墙中很薄、很易传热的材料。大多数玻璃厂所采用的中空玻璃生产线均为半自动板压或辊压生产设备,其生产节奏的快慢主要取决于板压速度和在线清洗的速度。

若要提高一次交样成品率,就必须实行合片前各工序的自检和互检,从上片检验、铝框制作到丁基胶涂布等,特别要注意上框工序的质量检验,因为这一工序中基本上可以发现任何缺陷,而且合片前更容易纠正。
