　　动力系统由我公司自行开发研制的主、副气动马达组成。该马达经多家公司使用验证其性能稳定、换向准确，寿命长，维护方便。

　　胶泵：A胶泵、B胶泵和配比泵均采用我公司研制的高粘度流体往复式高压柱塞泵，结构简单，性能稳定。密封件采用强化聚四氟乙烯，耐摩擦抗腐蚀，可适用绝大多数化学溶剂。使得性能更加稳定，寿命更长。控制阀采用静面磨削，确保泵内压力无泄漏。

A dedicated anti cone check valve effectively isolates two types of glue, preventing glue from interpenetrating and avoiding pipeline blockage due to glue solidification caused by interpenetrating. High viscosity liquid specific safety valves effectively prevent hose bursts and reduce failure rates.

　　升降系统采用手动转阀控制。比例调节可通过调整滑块在摆动杆上的位置来改变，当达到要求时拧紧螺母即可。

　　The lifting system adopts manual rotary valve control. Proportional adjustment can be changed by adjusting the position of the slider on the swing rod, and tightening the nut when the requirement is met.

　　比例测试时，打开球阀将两种组份的出胶压力调一致，用量杯接入即可测其比例。

　　When testing the ratio, open the ball valve to adjust the dispensing pressure of the two components to be consistent, and connect the measuring cup to measure their ratio.

　　适用胶种：硅酮结构胶、聚硫胶、聚氨脂胶、环氧树脂胶等绝大部分双组份胶。
