The workflow of the fully automatic sealing line is an orderly combination of a series of precision processes. Firstly, the product is accurately conveyed to the sealing station through an automated conveyor system. This conveying process is controlled by high-precision motors and transmission systems to ensure accurate product positioning and stable speed, laying the foundation for subsequent sealing operations. For example, in electronic device manufacturing, the mobile phone motherboard or display screen moves at a constant speed on an automated assembly line and precisely docks under the sealing equipment.

After arriving at the sealing station, the advanced visual inspection system immediately starts. The system utilizes high-definition cameras and image recognition algorithms to quickly scan and analyze the areas of the product to be sealed. It can accurately identify the shape, size, and location of the product that needs to be sealed, and provide data feedback to the control system. Taking the sealing of automotive parts as an example, the visual inspection system can quickly determine the contour of the car light housing and the position of the sealing groove, providing accurate basis for the movement trajectory of the sealing gun. ​

控制系统根据视觉检测反馈的数据,迅速计算并规划出封胶枪的最佳运动路径。同时,它还会精确调节封胶枪的出胶量、出胶速度以及胶液的压力等参数。比如在光伏组件的封胶过程中,针对不同规格的组件和密封要求,控制系统会实时调整参数,确保封胶均匀、饱满。封胶枪在控制系统的指令下,按照既定路径进行精确运动,将胶液均匀地涂抹在产品的待封胶部位。这一过程中,封胶枪的运动精度可达亚毫米级,保证了封胶的准确性和一致性。​

The control system quickly calculates and plans the optimal motion path of the sealing gun based on the feedback data from visual inspection. At the same time, it will accurately adjust parameters such as the dispensing amount, dispensing speed, and pressure of the sealing gun. For example, in the sealing process of photovoltaic modules, the control system will adjust parameters in real time to ensure that the sealing is uniform and full for different specifications of modules and sealing requirements. Under the command of the control system, the sealing gun moves precisely along a predetermined path to evenly apply the adhesive solution to the areas of the product to be sealed. During this process, the motion accuracy of the sealing gun can reach sub millimeter level, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the sealing. ​

完成封胶后,产品进入固化环节。根据所使用胶液的特性,固化方式主要有自然固化、加热固化和紫外线固化等。对于一些热固性胶液,产品会被输送至加热固化区域,通过设定合适的温度和时间,使胶液快速固化,增强粘结强度。而对于光固化胶液,产品则会经过紫外线照射装置,在紫外线的作用下,胶液迅速固化成型。最后,产品经质量检测工位,再次通过视觉检测或其他检测手段,检查封胶的质量,如胶层厚度、密封性等是否符合标准。检测合格的产品继续进入下一生产环节,不合格产品则被剔除进行返工处理。

After completing the sealing process, the product enters the curing stage. According to the characteristics of the adhesive used, the curing methods mainly include natural curing, heating curing, and ultraviolet curing. For some thermosetting adhesives, the product will be transported to the heating and curing area. By setting the appropriate temperature and time, the adhesive will quickly cure and enhance the bonding strength. For light curing adhesive solution, the product will go through a UV irradiation device, and under the action of UV radiation, the adhesive solution will quickly solidify and form. Finally, the product passes through the quality inspection station and undergoes visual inspection or other testing methods to check the quality of the sealing adhesive, such as whether the adhesive layer thickness and sealing meet the standards. Products that pass the inspection will continue to enter the next production stage, while products that do not meet the standards will be removed for rework.
