中空玻璃制作过程中的清洗干燥环节使用玻璃清洗机，该设备也属于我们加工制作中空玻璃中必选的设备之一，玻璃清洗机不但能够对玻璃进行表面的清理工作还能同时对清洗完成的玻璃进行干燥，玻璃处理完成后可直接进入下一个流程方便快捷。

制框也就是我们常说的把铝条，根据我们中空玻璃的订单要求进行弯折！这个流程我们要用到的设备是铝条折弯机。这一步我们使用的设备是铝条折弯机，他的优点是效率高，加工后的铝条整体美观，主要的是很少对原材料进行损耗，人工弯折会浪费大量的铝条，即便操作熟练的工人也会出现对原材料的损耗。

五、上框、合片压片
