全自动双组份打胶机留意事项

1、压盘上的放气阀门要保持晓畅，要定时疏通和清洗。

2、正常作业时不要断气源，假如发现断气源应中止作业。

7、液压站体系的压力，不能调的太高，要根据室内环境温度等实际情况，调满意胶嘴正常出胶均匀打胶即可。翻开液压站时一定要翻开胶枪，否则B组份管路压力将升得很高，形成事故。

9、因为每次冲刷混合器不会彻底干净，每次都有少数的混合胶堆积，越来越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段时刻后，影响出胶量和混合作用，因而要定时（聚硫胶五天，硅酮胶两天）清洗混合器。把混合器内的混胶棒拆出，如有损坏更换新的混胶棒。若混胶棒拆不出来，可用火烧掉，留意不能损害零件螺纹。
9.
