双组份打胶机由4个部分组成， A、 B胶泵、气动系统、升降机构、机架等组成。

A、 B组各设一台胶泵，在各自的气马达带动下，分别作往复运动，将胶吸出并压出。B、 A、 B分别固定在压胶盘上，然后与机架连接形成各自的系统。

A, B group each set a rubber pump, driven by their own gas motor, respectively, the reciprocating movement, the rubber out and pressure. B, a, B are respectively fixed on the pressure plate, and then connected with the rack to form their own system.

由比例杠杆调节：向内调节， B出胶减少，向外调整， B出胶增加。采用比例杠杆控制 B胶出胶量，从而控制 A、 B胶的比例。

出胶：由气源处理器控制，逆时针调整，出胶量增加，顺时针调整出胶量减少。

因为双组份密封胶的固化需要一定的时间，所以，已经涂上了双组密封胶的玻璃应该水平轻轻移动。

A、 B组份胶应保持清洁，严防异物进入胶水。

Component A and B glue should be kept clean and prevent foreign matter from entering the glue.
在连续作业期间，胶枪的每次停机时间通常不超过20分钟，否则，应用 A组份胶将所有混合胶冲走，直到单组 A组份胶从枪口排出。

During continuous operation, the downtime of the Glue Gun shall not exceed 20 minutes. Otherwise, all the mixed glue shall be flushed away with component a glue until the single component a glue is discharged from the muzzle.
高压胶管不能强行挤压、弯曲，防止影响系统的正常工作。

High pressure rubber hose can not be forced extrusion, bending, to prevent the impact of the normal work of the system.
胶合板应经常保持畅通，以保证出胶效果。如果出现堵塞，可用丙酮浸泡后进行清洗。推荐5组清洗一次。

Plywood should be kept unblocked from time to time to ensure the effect of the glue. If clogging occurs, it can be cleaned after soaking in acetone. It is recommended that 5 groups be cleaned once.
如胶枪长时间不使用(超过一周)，应拆下枪体，使用溶剂将胶枪和混胶器中的残余胶体清洗干净。

If the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than a week) , the gun body should be removed, use solvent to clean the glue gun and Glue Mixer in the residual Gel.
不同双组份打胶机生产厂家生产的胶体中含有杂质的数量不同，根据实际情况， B组分过滤网和单向止回阀很清楚，建议每两组清洗一次。

According to the actual situation, B component filter screen and one-way check valve are very clear. It is recommended to clean every two groups.
