一、准备工作

1、 Preparation work

1、开启总电源；

1. Turn on the main power supply;

2、水箱注满谁，每班生产前30分钟开启水加热器；

2. Who fills the water tank and turns on the water heater 30 minutes before each shift's production;

3、开启传送、加热、检查灯、风机、毛刷、水泵。

二、操作步骤

1、将玻璃放入清洗机进料段，手推玻璃进入清洗段，玻璃经清洗干燥到出料段；

1. Put the glass into the feeding section of the cleaning machine, push the glass into the cleaning section by hand, and dry it to the discharging section after cleaning;

2、在出料段检查玻璃清洗质量；

2. Check the quality of glass cleaning in the discharge section;

3、玻璃进入覆片机，到达终点接近开关时，玻璃自动停在定位柱处；

4、覆片机末端设有脚踏电开关，踩脚踏开关，铝框定位移出，将打好胶的铝框定位安放，再次踩脚踏开关，铝框定位缩回；

1、玻璃在清洗前建议经过磨边，否则会对部分构件造成损伤。

2、向水箱及软化水装置注水的自来水开关保持开启且水量充足。

2. Keep the tap water switch for filling the water tank and softening water device open and ensure sufficient water volume.

3、根据实际情况调节电器箱内的水温控制器来设定水温，一般在15度至50度之间，亦可加中性洗涤剂，以达到非常佳清洗效果。

3. Adjust the water temperature controller inside the electrical box according to the actual situation to set the water temperature, generally between 15 degrees and 50 degrees. Neutral detergent can also be added to achieve the best cleaning effect.

4、调节无级变速器调速按钮，根据玻璃污垢情况调定传送速度（通常3m\min左右）

5、清洗玻璃厚度为3~12mm，经干燥后玻璃后边缘有微量水珠。
