1.供胶系统：
1. Rubber supply system:
供胶系统的好坏会直接影响着供胶的稳定，也决定着后的中空玻璃打胶质量。如果在打胶机打胶过程中供胶不稳定，就会造成产品打胶不饱满或者过满，导致产品质量的严重缺陷。

Its working process is roughly provided by component A glue lifting pump, which is supplied by electric gear pump, and is transported through pipeline to boost the pressure of high-pressure A glue plunger pump driven by oil pressure. Component B rubber lifting is provided by pneumatic reciprocating pump, which is piped to boost the pressure of component B high pressure plunger pump driven by oil pressure.

2.打胶系统：
2. Gluing system:
打胶系统很好理解了，主要进行后的打胶操作。其中打胶系统中还配备PCL控制系统，以及各种光感感应器组成。
The gluing system is well understood, mainly for the final gluing operation. The gluing system is also equipped with PCL control system and a variety of photosensitive sensors.
操作人员将即将打胶的中空玻璃放入待打胶区域后设备自动检测并根据操作人员所设定的参数进行全自动打胶机。在整个打胶过程中，只要开始由操作人员设定参数，其余过程不需要工人进行干预也不需要对每块玻璃都进行设置。
The operator will put the hollow glass to be glued into the glued area, then the equipment will automatically detect and carry out the automatic gluer according to the parameters set by the operator. In the whole gluing process, as long as the parameters are set by the operator, the rest of the process does not require the intervention of workers or the setting of each piece of glass.
