Maintenance and repair of gas-liquid booster station of butyl rubber coater
一、 丁基胶涂布机系统打开后，油缸无动作（系统无压力）
1、 After the butyl adhesive coater system is opened, the oil cylinder does not act (the system has no pressure)
1、 检查外接气源是否正常。
1. Check whether the external air source is normal.
2、 检查打开液压电机开关后，系统电磁阀是否正常换向。
2. Check whether the system solenoid valve reverses normally after opening the hydraulic motor switch.
3、 减压阀是否已打开。
3. Whether the pressure reducing valve is open.
4、 检查气液增压站上的气管是否有气压。

5、 如都正常，用平口螺丝刀按一下增压缸两端的小换向阀上的铜触头。

二、 丁基胶涂布机系统只进不退

1、 反复打开关阀胶缸操作退开关，看是否能解决。

2、 胶缸操作退打开时，看液压换向阀上的灯是否亮。
