中空玻璃生产线的清洗水路系统为循环系统,其水箱配有恒温水加热装置,水温可自动保持在合理的范围.

水由水泵从水箱抽出,经喷淋水管喷到玻璃表面上,清洗玻璃后流回水箱,循环使用.若水质较差,需配备水处理装置,水经处理后进入水箱,按上述步骤循环使用.

Water is pumped out of the water tank by a water pump and sprayed onto the glass surface through a spray pipe. After cleaning the glass, it flows back to the water tank and is recycled. If the water quality is poor, a water treatment device is required. After treatment, the water enters the water tank and is recycled according to the above steps
