清洗干燥机：对玻璃进行清洗和干燥处理，以去除表面的灰尘、油污等杂质，保证玻璃的清洁度，为后续的加工工艺提供良好的基础。一般采用毛刷辊和高压水喷淋相结合的清洗方式，再通过热风干燥系统使玻璃快速干燥。

Splicing table: It is a working platform that combines two or more pieces of glass that have been cleaned and dried. 封胶机：对合片后的中空玻璃进行密封胶的涂覆，常用的密封胶有丁基胶和硅酮胶等。丁基胶用于第一道密封，具有良好的气密性和水密性；硅酮胶则用于第二道密封，主要起结构密封和耐候作用，增强中空玻璃的整体稳定性和耐久性。

Sealing machine: Apply sealant to the laminated hollow glass, commonly used sealants include butyl rubber and silicone rubber. Butyl rubber is used for the first seal and has good air and water tightness; Silicone adhesive is used for the second layer of sealing, mainly for structural sealing and weather resistance, enhancing the overall stability and durability of insulated glass.

首先，将玻璃原片放置在上片台上，通过自动传输装置将玻璃输送至清洗干燥机进行清洗和干燥处理。
